Straciatella rasp /recipe below

genial auf welche Einfälle manche kommen;
so macht Dukan noch einmal soviel Spaß
1 EL Kakaopulver (2 TP wenn über 2% Fett, dann erst P2)
1 EL Magermilchpulver
1 EL Milch
alles miteinander verrühren, dünn auf Backpapier streichen und über Nacht trocknen lassen.
Am nächsten Tag vom Papier kratzen und verwenden.

1 tbsp cocoa powder (2 TP if over 2% fat, then only P2)
1 tbsp skimmed milk powder
1 tbsp milk
Mix everything together, spread thinly on baking paper and leave to dry overnight.
Scrape off the paper the next day and use.
