Bread from the bread maker /recipe below

Bread from the bread maker
Hi, hereâs a slightly different post
If you like baking Dukan-friendly bread, youâll know what I mean. Itâs usually too much hassle to bake regularly. So you end up baking a batch to keep in the freezer. The dough is (for a novice like me) always too sticky, and the kitchen looks as though my little one had been baking.
Then came the game-changer for my birthday: a bread maker. Thanks to this, I can bake my Dukan bread fresh every day without any stress. I experiment every now and then, but I stick to the usual ingredients. Then I just add the ingredients from liquid to solid, set it to âcrumbly breadâ and âcrispyâ. That works for me, at least. No kneading, no sticking, no fiddly cleaning. I can really recommend this to everyone
Recipe for 2 people for 3 days as follows:
4 tbsp warm water
4 eggs
500 g low-fat quark
4 tbsp egg white powder
6 tbsp hemp seeds
3 tbsp walnut kernels
4 tbsp gluten
4 tbsp flaxseed meal
2 tbsp linseed
1 tbsp chia seeds
0.5 sachet baking powder
1â2 tsp each of salt and pepper
Optional: bread baking spice
I usually use a heaped measure of HK, but you can experiment and adjust the mix to your liking.
